The part about backing up the driver store was most helpful. The install went without a hiccup. The install was almost seamless. But having that backup gave me a little more peace of noteboook. The install nktebook seamlessly without using the HP Support assistant. I would like to use the HP Support assistant so that I can get updates about two attacks that have surfaced on Intel cpu’s.
